Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GCM Enterprises ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

GCM Enterprises provides the following services in Hyderabad:

• Balcony Safety Net installation
• Bird and Pigeon Net installation
• Invisible Grill installation
• Sports Net installation
• Cloth Hanger installation
• Related safety solutions

Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on site conditions and requirements
• Final pricing will be confirmed after site inspection
• Additional charges may apply for special requirements or difficult installations

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order
• Remaining 50% is due upon completion of installation
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque
• All payments are non-refundable once installation has commenced

Warranty

Our warranty terms include:

• 5-Year Warranty on all safety net installations
• 10-Year Warranty on invisible grills (stainless steel 316)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications
• Free maintenance service during the warranty period

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the installation site
• Obtaining necessary permissions from building management (if applicable)
• Ensuring safe access for our installation team
• Clearing the work area before installation
• Reporting any damage or issues within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

GCM Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund
• Cancellations after material procurement will incur a 30% cancellation fee
• No refunds once installation has started
• Rescheduling is available subject to our availability

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
